1. Wave Solder Chain Circlip / E-Clip (Images 1/2/3/4)
Function: Secures the pins of the wave solder conveyor chain, preventing the claws from detaching during high-speed operation as a safety lock for chain connections.
Model Compatibility: The “54” you mentioned typically corresponds to 35B/50 series chains. The opening size of the circlip must strictly match the diameter of the chain pin. It is usually made of SK7 spring steel with black oxide coating for rust resistance.
Application: Circlips must be replaced when changing claws during chain maintenance, to avoid detachment caused by long-term loss of elasticity.

Regular Replacement Cycle: Circlips and spring-loaded components are recommended to be replaced every 3-6 months. Titanium claws with wear exceeding 1mm should be replaced promptly to prevent PCB drop or damage.
