Brief Introduction of Customizable Embedded Electromagnetic Door Lock

This embedded electromagnetic lock (door magnetic lock) is a standard access‑control locking part for door interlock systems, with full support for special customization.

Structure

The product is assembled from an aluminum alloy concealed mounting housing, a metal armature plate and a wire‑connected electromagnetic lock core. The red and black leads are for DC power supply (compatible with DC 12V or DC 24V). Internal coils are sealed with potting adhesive to achieve excellent insulation and vibration resistance. The outer housing can be pre‑embedded inside door frames to realize hidden installation.

Working Principle

When energized, the lock produces strong magnetic force to firmly attract the armature plate and lock the door. Once powered off, magnetism disappears immediately for automatic unlocking, complying with fire emergency evacuation standards. The aluminum alloy shell enables effective natural heat dissipation under conventional intermittent working conditions.

Special customization services are available for dimensions, mounting hole positions, rated voltage, holding force and shell surface treatment according to client demands.

The flush‑mount design strengthens anti‑prying capacity and maintains a neat appearance. It fits office access doors, equipment cabinet doors, storage compartment doors and other scenarios. Use a dedicated access‑control power supply for low‑voltage DC power supply during installation, and align the armature plate and lock core precisely to secure the rated holding force.

Leads: Red is positive, black is negative, standard power supply DC12V/DC24V;

Black potting area: Internal electromagnetic coil, magnetized when energized, demagnetized when demagnetized (automatic door opening when power off, compliant with fire safety access control regulations);

II. Core Working Principle

✅ Power-on Locking: An energized coil generates a strong magnetic field, firmly attracting the opposite iron plate and locking the door.

✅ Power-off Unlocking: When the power is cut off, the magnetic field disappears, and the door can be pushed open directly. It automatically opens during a power outage in case of fire, meeting fire safety requirements.
