Product Identification: Concealed Embedded Electromagnetic Lock, Door Magnetic Lock
I. Component Disassembly and Correspondence (Three Real-Shot Images for Explanation)
Aluminum Alloy Embedded Shell (Left side shell in the first image)
Embedded inside the door frame/cabinet, serving protective, limiting, and concealed installation functions. It features mounting ears and fixing holes on the side, suitable for concealed installation.
Attractive Plate (Middle Metal Flat Plate, Professional Name: Attractive Plate/Adhesive Plate)
Fixed to the side of the door leaf; when energized, the electromagnet generates a strong magnetic force to tightly attract this plate, achieving door locking.
Electromagnetic lock body (component with red and black leads on the right)
Leads: Red is positive, black is negative, standard power supply DC12V/DC24V;
Black potting area: Internal electromagnetic coil, magnetized when energized, demagnetized when demagnetized (automatic door opening when power off, compliant with fire safety access control regulations);
Second image: Rear water cooling structure: This is a water-cooled magnetic lock, with four interfaces connected to circulating cooling water, allowing for prolonged energization without high temperature demagnetization, suitable for long-term industrial monitoring scenarios;
Third image: Finished product appearance after assembly of the outer shell, suction plate, and lock body. The overall embedded structure has no exposed components, making it aesthetically pleasing and resistant to forced entry.
II. Core Working Principle
✅ Power-on Locking: An energized coil generates a strong magnetic field, firmly attracting the opposite iron plate and locking the door.
✅ Power-off Unlocking: When the power is cut off, the magnetic field disappears, and the door can be pushed open directly. It automatically opens during a power outage in case of fire, meeting fire safety requirements.
III. Typical Application Scenarios
Industrial equipment doors, temperature-controlled laboratory doors; Fire-compliant access control passages, sealed cabinets, explosion-proof storage cabinet doors; Special security doors requiring long continuous operating times and high temperature control.
IV. Installation & Wiring Instructions: The pre-embedded housing should be pre-installed into the door frame opening before inserting the lock body and cover plate to seal it; It should be used with access control power supplies and door opening buttons only. Direct connection to mains power is prohibited; DC low-voltage power supply is required;
