II. Differences between ST-5 and ST-6 (Commonly used in wave soldering)
ST-5 (Single air intake): Simple structure, low cost; non-adjustable atomization intensity/particle size; suitable for stable operating conditions and low budget limits.
ST-6 (Dual air intake, low-pressure atomization): Independently adjustable atomizing gas/liquid pressure, finer droplets, excellent anti-drip properties; suitable for high-precision wave soldering, selective wave soldering, rosin/flux spraying.

For wave soldering, ST-6 (dual air intake) is preferred for finer atomization and better drip prevention.

Material: Brass for ordinary fluxes; STA/STS stainless steel for no-clean/corrosive fluxes.
