Core Function: A PCB side positioning pin at the insertion station. It uses a cylindrical pin at the top to insert into the PCB process hole, fixing the circuit board coordinates and ensuring component insertion accuracy. The base has multiple adjustable holes to accommodate PCBs of different widths and positioning hole spacings. It is a core, easily damaged component of the component insertion machine.

Material and Manufacturing Process:
Base: Cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and formed, blackened for rust prevention; Positioning pin: High-carbon steel, hardened by quenching, wear-resistant and not easily deformed, suitable for long-term high-frequency impact positioning on the production line.

IV. Usage and Replacement Instructions

Selection Basis: Measure the inner diameter of the positioning process holes on the side of the PCB board and select a matching diameter PIN; if the hole is misaligned, select a larger pin size to avoid PCB wobbling and misalignment of the components;

Replacement Standards: Wear and thinning of the pin, chipping of the end, deformation, blackening, and cracking of the base will cause batch component misalignment and require immediate replacement;

Installation Method: Screws are passed through the pre-drilled holes in the base and locked to the equipment track fixture. Slight adjustments to the positioning distance are possible.
