PANASONIC CM402 CM602 Anti-static magnetic soft top supportplatform PIN

CM Series Magnetic Soft Pins

Compatible Models: Panasonic CM202/CM402/CM602 and other pick-and-place machines

Key Function: Provides uniform, flexible support from the back of the PCB during placement operations, preventing bending and deformation of thin PCBs and avoiding component damage.

Features: Built-in magnets allow direct attachment to the machine platform for quick installation; anti-static soft pins prevent scratching the PCB and components.

NPM Series Magnetic Soft Pins

Compatible Models: Panasonic NPM series high-speed modular pick-and-place machines

Key Function: Optimized for the production cycle and PCB size of NPM models, with support density and height better suited to their high-speed placement requirements, reducing placement misalignment caused by board deformation during production.

Features: Base with positioning holes and magnets for double fixation, compatible with the platform structure of NPM equipment; pin material is more wear-resistant, supporting long-term continuous production.

Anti-static design: Surface resistance is controlled at 10⁶-10⁹Ω to prevent electrostatic damage to precision electronic components.

Flexible cushioning: The soft ejector pins adapt to the space on the back of the PCB, avoiding components and traces and preventing hard contact damage.

Quick installation: The magnetic base requires no additional screws, making adjustments highly efficient when changing PCB models, suitable for multi-variety, small-batch production.

High durability: The ejector pin material can withstand production environments up to 100℃, with a service life of thousands of hours.

📌 Selection and maintenance recommendations

Model matching: CM and NPM series ejector pins have different base dimensions, heights, and pin arrangements and cannot be used interchangeably. The appropriate specification must be selected according to the pick-and-place machine model and PCB size.

Regular inspection: During use, regularly check the ejector pins for wear and deformation to prevent uneven PCB support due to pin failure, leading to poor placement.

Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the solder residue and dust from the base and ejector pins to avoid affecting the magnetic attraction and ejector pin rebound performance.
