🔧 Product Structure and Function
1. Integrated Component: A complete drive mechanism consisting of a ball screw, spline spindle, ball nut, and spline nut; not a single screw.
2. Function: Controls the vertical Z-axis insertion movement of the radial insertion head, completing the insertion of radial resistors, diodes, and other components into the PCB board, along with bending and trimming the leads.
During handling and assembly, it is strictly forbidden to push the spline nut/ball nut to either end of the screw to dislodge it; once the nut detaches from the screw, the entire assembly is rendered unusable and cannot be restored; replacement with a new part is required.
