Power off, remove encoder cover
Loosen idler pulley / Tensioner pulley, remove the old belt. Insert the new belt, ensuring full tooth engagement. Adjust tension: press to allow a deflection of approximately 5–8 mm. Manually rotate the chain to check for slippage and abnormal noise. Reset the cover and power on to test the encoder reading.
