Core Specifications (Original Manufacturer Standard)

Type: Fin-Tube, Crossflow Gas-Liquid Heat Exchange, Removable and Maintainable

Material: Heat exchange tubes: Copper / Copper-Nickel alloy; Heat dissipation fins: Aluminum (anodized); Frame: 304 Stainless Steel

Interface: Quick-Disconnect connector with leak-proof valve design to prevent coolant loss during replacement

Coolant Interface: G3/8″ external thread / Quick-connect (10mm tube), one inlet, one outlet (In/Out)

Working Medium: Ethylene glycol aqueous solution (20%-80%) / Original manufacturer’s coolant C00234, deionized water strictly prohibited

Working Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa (3–6 bar), maximum pressure resistance 1.0 MPa

Working Temperature: -10℃ ~ 120℃, compatible with hot air in reflow soldering cooling zones (80–200℃)

Dimensions (Installation): Approx. 420mm (L) × 280mm (W) × 120mm (Thick), compatible with XPM3 cooling chamber mounting position
Flow rate: Coolant 5–8 L/min, ensuring heat exchange efficiency

Function and Installation Location
Installation: XPM3/XPM3m reflow soldering top cooling chamber (Upper Cooling Cell), 1–2 sets per cooling zone, forced convection heat transfer
Function: Transfers heat from the furnace hot air to the coolant, removing heat and achieving rapid, uniform cooling of the PCB, controlling the cooling slope
Compatibility: Interchangeable with original tube-type heat exchangers (same mounting position, interface)

Faults and Maintenance Points
Common failures: Fin blockage (flux/dust), copper tube corrosion/leakage, joint leakage
Maintenance: Regularly blow and clean the fins to prevent dust accumulation and reduced heat exchange efficiency. Check quick-connect fitting seals and coolant level/concentration to prevent cavitation and corrosion. Abnormal pressure drop (>0.2 bar), insufficient cooling → Replace immediately. Cleaning
Replacement: Power off, drain coolant, disconnect quick-connect fittings, and directly pull out the entire unit for replacement; no piping modifications required.
