1.2 The container does not need to be opened;
1.3 Single-phase 220V power supply:
1.4 No moisture issues:
1.5 Does not damage the shape of the solder powder:
1.6 The clamp is compatible with all 500g solder paste cans;
1.7 The mixing time can be set arbitrarily;

II. Solder Paste Mixer Installation and Commissioning:
2.1 Installation
2.1.1 Place the machine on a level, stable table or floor. Adjust the four legs to a level position to prevent any unusual noise or shaking during high-speed mixing.
2.1.2 Check that the operating voltage (AC220V) matches the mains voltage and connect to a single-phase 220V power supply.
2.1.3 Check for loose screws and foreign objects on the machine’s internal plate to avoid collisions. 2.2 Commissioning
2.2.1 Ensure the machine is positioned stably.
2.2.2 Place the can of solder paste to be mixed completely in the machine’s fixture. Mix two 500g cans of solder paste simultaneously.
2.2.3 Manually rotate the cans of solder paste once to ensure they do not collide. Close the top cover of the machine and turn on the power switch.
2.2.4 Adjust the timer on the front panel to the optimal mixing time, approximately 3-5 minutes, depending on the solder paste brand and the current condition of the solder paste.
2.2.5 Press the start switch, and the operation indicator light will illuminate. The machine will automatically begin mixing at high speed until the mixture is finished. The machine will automatically stop and the power will be automatically turned off when the cover is opened.
2.2.6 Operation will stop upon completion, and the display will show the actual mixing time.
2.2.7 To stop the machine during operation, press the power switch to stop and cancel the current operation.

3. Solder Paste Mixer Operation Procedures and Precautions
3.1 Operation Procedures
3.1.0 After debugging is complete, open the machine’s top cover and confirm that there are no foreign objects inside.
3.1.1 Turn the machine’s solder paste fixture and place the can of solder paste to be mixed into the fixture.
3.1.2 Manually rotate the can of solder paste once to ensure it does not collide. Close the machine’s top cover and turn on the power switch.
3.1.3 Adjust the timer on the panel to the optimal mixing time, which varies depending on the solder paste brand.
3.1.4 Press the start switch, and the operation indicator light will illuminate. The machine will automatically begin mixing at high speed and will automatically stop until the process is complete.
3.1.5 After the process is complete, the machine will stop, and the actual mixing time will be displayed on the display. After the machine stops, open the top cover and remove the can of solder paste from the fixture. The solder paste will then soften and be well mixed and ready for use. 3.1.6 To stop the machine during operation, press the power button to stop and cancel the current operation.
3.1.7 If the machine cover is opened during operation, the machine will automatically stop. After closing the cover, press the start button again to resume mixing.
3.1.8 After completing the production run, turn off the power switch.
3.2 Precautions
3.2.0 To open the machine cover after a production run, wait until the machine has completely stopped before opening it:
3.2.1 The weight difference between the solder paste cans or counterweights on the left and right clamps must not exceed 100 grams. Otherwise, the machine will shake during high-speed mixing. Please try to avoid this.

IV. Regular Inspection and Maintenance of the Solder Paste Mixer
1. Keep the machine clean.
2. Check that all screws are secure.
3. Before operation, check the sensitivity of the machine switch and cover.
4. The bearings of this machine are fully enclosed and do not require lubrication.
