SMT Splice Cart
Applications
Specifically designed for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly workshops, enabling online component feeding. During component changes at the pick-and-place machine, carrier tape splicing is completed on this cart. The matching splicing pliers and copper clips/splitting tapes connect the old and new carrier tapes, eliminating long downtime and improving line OEE (Output Effectiveness).
Core Configuration & Features
1. Tabletop: Anti-static compartmentalized material tray, with separate areas for splicing pliers, copper clips, splicing tape, scissors, and spare auxiliary materials; tabletop can rotate 360°.
2. Upright: Hand-cranked lifting mechanism, height adjustable from 80–90cm, adaptable to different production line workbench heights.
3. Splicing Pliers: Stapler-style SMT splicing pliers (purple handle), one-time press-fit copper clips for efficient splicing of electronic component carrier tapes.
4. Base: Equipped with silent universal wheels (with brakes) for easy movement within the workshop; includes a magnetic folding trash can for storing waste carrier tape and scraps, which can be folded away to save space when not in use.
5. Material: Main body metal with anti-static paint, anti-static tabletop, meeting ESD requirements for electronic workshops.
