Main Tank + Refill Tank (Dual Tank Design)

Main Tank: Equipped with a level sensor/weighing module, low level alarm, and automatic refill.

Refill Tank: Automatic refilling during production without stopping the machine, increasing capacity.

Pressure Control: Constant air pressure (approximately 400 mbar) drives flux delivery.

High-Precision Flow Meter: Low flow monitoring (<1 µl/min), precise control of spray volume.

Filtration System: Prevents nozzle clogging (compatible with 180 µm spray orifice).

Material: PP/PE corrosion-resistant plastic or stainless steel, compatible with no-wash, lead-free, and water-based fluxes.
