Dimensions (with standard insulation): 330mm long x 95mm wide x 34.5mm high

Notice

1. First, check that the battery is fully charged and the surface temperature must not exceed 40°C. For maximum test accuracy, start the test when the instrument’s surface temperature is below 40°C.
2. Confirmation of communication between the PC and the instrument: The instrument’s thermocouple must detect and record a constant temperature before proceeding to the next test.
3. The thermal barrier can withstand temperatures up to 280°C for a maximum of 9 minutes. Do not exceed this range to ensure that the internal temperature of the instrument does not exceed 85°C.
4. If the instrument is not in use for extended periods, turn off the power and remove the batteries. If needed, store the batteries below 60°C. If the instrument is turned on and a continuous beeping sound is heard during extended use, check for low battery charge and replace the batteries. A typical beeping sound is a few beeps every 5 seconds.
5. When passing through the furnace, be sure to securely cover the thermal barrier until you hear a “click” sound and seal the yellow insulation.
6. Only one furnace temperature tester/recorder can be connected to the computer at a time. Do not connect multiple recorders to the same USB port on your computer and then select one of them.
7. After reheating the furnace, reheat it and wait for the heat barrier to cool before reheating.
