I. Core Model and Background
Full Name: Digital Surface Resistance Meter Kit 19290
Origin: DESCO INDUSTRIES INC, USA
Applications: Surface resistance (RTT) and grounding resistance (RTG) testing of anti-static surfaces/floors/packaging/clothing, conforming to ANSI/ESD S4.1, STM97.1, and other standards.
Test Range: 10³ ~ 10¹² Ω, automatic switching between 10V/100V test voltage.
Core Upgrades: Replaces the old 19787 model, adds digital display and 100 data set storage function.
II. Key Differences Between the Old and New Models (Appearance + Function)

Display Method: Only the top LED strip displays the resistance index (<3~>12). The LED strip is retained, and an OLED digital display is added, allowing direct reading of precise resistance values, temperature, humidity, and test voltage.
